Reservation Terms
- All guests in room must be 18 years are older unless parent/legal guardian is staying in the same room.
- Displayed rate reflects discount on promotional bookings.
- Check-in begins at 3pm, Check-out no later than noon unless confirmed by management.
- Room occupancy is recommended not to exceed four persons unless booking our suites. Each additional guest is $25 per night using existing bedding. Blow up beds are available.
- Secured Parking is $35 nightly – we suggest not renting a car since hotel is centrally located in the heart of South Beach.
- The credit card you provided to secure your reservation will be authorized same day as reservation If the amount is declined your reservation will be placed on “wait list” and room + rate + room type are not guaranteed. Upon arrival, full payment for your stay is processed + $100 authorization for incidentals. We do require a credit card for stay – Please no prepaid cards or cash.
- IMPORTANT — Credit card used for booking must be the same credit card presented for payment at check-in** * Holiday and Special Events require prepayment 30 days prior to arrival. No early departures are allowed. These reservations are completely non-refundable within 30 days of arrival. Events include but are not limited to: New Years (12/31), Boat Show (2/15 to 2/19), Winter Music Conference & Ultra (3/15 to 3/25) , Memorial Day (5/24 to 5/27) & Art Basel (12/5 to 12/9).
